We had a really great stay on our road trip. The staff were nice and helpful, and the room had a comfortable bed. The location was marvelous and unbeatable, in a quiet neighborhood. Plus, it was so close to the outskirts of town, all the restaurants in the downtown area, and Budget Host Inn.

The location is marvellous and perfect, we could see garden. It's in the pretty quiet area which is another bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, my room was reasonably large and cheap with mini-fridge as well as 3 double beds. The location of this hotel really close to nice area and a the Lake of the Ozarks and all restaurants in downtown area was great and unbeatable.

The food was good and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was affordable and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was fairly clean and had a bathtub. The check-in process was friendly and they accommodated a late check-out.

This facility is very plain but for the money it is ok for us. We were just looking for a room to get a nights rest at a reasonable price. Nothing more.

The king room with fridge and comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep at this place - there were also convenient amenities like a microwave oven and a refrigerator that I truly enjoyed.

Price is right for just spending the night. Clean , but don't expect anything more than an ice machine.

Buildings painted ugly color, needs a little work on upkeep but okay for the cheap price.

The queen room with 3 double beds was spacious and well-maintained. It had a microwave and a fridge, which was convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was great, close to Budget Host Inn in Emporia and downtown restaurants.

For the price you pay for...it's great. We expected 2 beds but there was 3. Free wifi and easy to find on the main road. The staff there was nice and easy to talk to.
